If you wish to return your storybook album, please contact our customer support team at support@peekaphoto.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The book must remain in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
To initiate the return process:
Email your order details and reason for return to our customer support team
Wait for return authorization and instructions
Ship the item back at your expense - customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Include the return authorization number with your shipment
Please note: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase a different style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned storybook album and confirm its condition, we will process your refund as follows:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to reflect in your account
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
Defects and Damages
In the unlikely event that your storybook album arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you
You will not be responsible for return shipping in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects
